Mjap04 is a Cascadian and Swiss politician, businessman, military strategist, and athlete who has served as the speaker of the Cascadia House of Representatives since January 2026. He previously served as Secretary of Defense under president MasterEWild, and as Grouse City Manager from December 2025 until January 2026. He has been a member of the Cascadian House of Representatives since October 2025, and was a Grouse city councillor from October 2025 to December 2025. He is widely considered one of Grouse's more influental political figures on the national stage.
Early history
Mjap spawned on EarthMC on June 22, 2025. He did not log on again until August, when he was invited the Cascadian city of Grouse by Jus1_Amy on August 22. He was given an apartment, and began his aspirations towards establishing a glass business in the local Grouse community.
Grouse local Politics
In the October 2025 Grouse municipal election, Mjap04 was a candidate and was elected to the Grouse City Council alongside med_hadi_a and drpogfoot. Mjap04 introduced new city ordinances and bureaucratic reforms into Grouse by establishing the position of Director of Commerce, a role that would oversee shops and entrepreneurial growth. Inside Grouse, Mjap mainly worked with the Grouse local militia on new rules streamlining efficiency. During this month, Mjap04 also constructed the Amethyst Building, which served as a storage unit for Mjap and other residents.
In November 2025, Mjap was re-elected to the Council again alongside med_hadi_a and drpogfoot. This month was very quiet for Grouse as a decline in activity was setting in- however, mjap did introduce new bureaucratic reform such as the establishment of the Director of Infrastructure, and oversaw coordination with the Cascadia National Guard overseen by Defense secretary JoeJoe to make the Grouse Barracks a national military installation.
In December 2025, Mjap was re-elected to the Council again alongside Melvinm04, skklz and deadroachh. This month was very quiet as there were tensions between the Council and the infrastructure team. On the 9th December Mjap left Grouse for Wildwood, then the Grouse bombings happened.
On December 11th 2025 Mjap was elected Town Manager of Grouse, Mjap worked hard with Pancen to restore the town back to its former glory with mass recruitment, restabilising laws and and making new laws to prevent the bombing again.

Mjap was re-elected to the House of Representatives in November 2025, this month Mjap engaged more in debates and argued against signing the treaty of fort worth as he saw it as pointless and would be a set back for the nation.
In December 2025 Mjap was once again re-elected to the House of Representatives, this month Mjap ran for speaker and narrowly lost to wishful by 1 vote, this month Mjap continued to argue against the treaty of fort worth as there was several violations at the time, Mjap sanctioned the town of simpsons-donuts and nationally outlawed theratcoonman after his terrorism on several Cascadian citizens. Mjap also pushed for LadyEsquimalt to be fully repaid for saving a town which 42d. During this month RAWRyoutube tried to change voting laws which plenty of reps argued against, Mjap also managed to gain his friend joejoet77 the role of "friend of Cascadia" after he left to go back to Yucatan. In early January 2026 Mjap was promoted to secretary of defence following joejoet77's position as he had left, Mjap immediately reformed the defence department to make it into a department where everyone contributed to towns who wanted military funding or resources.
In late January 2026 Mjap was re-elected as a representative and was kept as the secretary of defence by KayP7 who won presidency that term! Mjap ran for speaker again and had a easy victory coming out with 12 votes while others were split, Mjap made the proposal to remove sergiothecrafter from the house of representatives due to a previous national risk which he brought to the nation.
On February 11th 2026 Mjap resigned as a rep and as speaker due to ongoing issues outside of emc, this would be the end of his Cascadian political career.

Attempted Assassination
On the morning of February 5th, 2026, Mjap was involved in an assassination attempt within the Cascadian Capitol's very own Alliance Steakhouse. Over fourteen shots were heard, shredding the nearby wall and booth, with a few managing to hit Mjap in the head. He was rushed to Seattle Mercy West Hospital in critical condition, but managed to fully recover. No suspects were officially called for the shooting but the case remains open.
