Within the community of the EarthMC Mafia (MineMob), a system of permadeath exists known as "whacking", in which members are banned or forced into retirement from the EarthMC server. This system evolved from the EarthMC Mafia's cousin community, the RoMob (Roblox Mafia).
As of September 2022, there have been several known mob-related homicides on EarthMC. Most can be attributed to the Volkov Family. However EarthMC staff can participate in whackings themselves.
