Russian Alaska (Russian: Русская Аляска), officially Grand Duchy of Alaska (Russian: Великое Княжество Аляска) is a monarchy state and a province of the Evergreen Republic located on the south coast of Alaska. It was founded on 28th of February 2022 by TNTBlake and FenshBeetM. After several days the nation joined the Evergreen Republic. The capital is Nikolayevsk

History

The Birth of a Nation

Russian Alaska was founded after a week since its main town Nikolayevsk was established. After 3 days the nation was approved as province of the Evergreen Republic. Right after its creation, the nation faced with the problem of identification, belonging both to Russian and American cultures. Since that there was as a negotiation attempt with Russia, which was stalling for over a month due to the position of Evergreen.

The Treaty of Cordova

A border conflict happened with Haida on the 7th of May. Near Nikolayevsk was established a Haidan town Cordova so it was counted as an act of aggression (2 deaths from Haida side and 1 from Alaska). The 3-side negations have started immediately between Russian Alaska as a province of Evergreen and Haida. After almost 2 weeks, the Treaty of Cordova was signed, establishing as neutral, buffer zone between Cordova and Nikolayevsk.

Russian Alaska joined the Arctic Circle Entente on March 2nd, 2022.

Towns

Juneau joined the Nation on March 3rd as its second town, it became the most populous town in the nation.
