On November 26, 2022, Ronnie ushered in a new town, Sunari. The reason was that Vojage and his party established a new town in West Antarctica, but because it was located within the legal sphere of influence of the West Antarctic, they encountered the killing of Kasana2007, the leader of West Antarctica. So they asked NullSelfice for help on November 25, 2022. Under NullSelfice's suggestion, they were willing to try to accept anarchism and move eastward to the current location of Sunari City. At this time, although for the time being, there is no direct evidence to prove that he implemented the "The case of Ronne internal resources being resold", but its three acts of "Osaka theft", misappropriation of Ronne expansion funds, and handing over cities and towns to non Ronne residents have been directly proved and has FXXK_my_pussi's self-dictation.

Early on December 17, 2022, "FXXK_my_pussi" claimed to have returned the map-arts to Japan (In addition, he claimed to have Marst000, mayor of Xuchang, Ming Dynasty, returned it on his behalf. Because he was infected with COVID-19 earlier), but after follow-up investigation, it was found that he did not return it at all. Although Ronne believed that he had returned the map painting at that time, he was not allowed to return to Ronne for the time being because his influence on Ronne was too deep. He was still a citizen of Xuchang City in the Ming.

On December 29, 2022, Ronne stated the crime of kasana0374(formerly "FXXK_my_pussi", later confirmed it's the alternative accounts of "Ch4mp1onZz") to the relevant persons of the PRC and member nations of the its Chinese Union(CU) and lodged a protest. However, due to the active degree of the PRC, Ronne was unable to get any reply at that time.
On December 30, 2022, Ronnie asked Palauballs, the leader of Palau, a Western Pacific island country with good relations with the PRC, for help and requested to contact the relevant persons of the PRC.
On January 1, 2023, Ronne obtained the key evidence of all of the criminal evidence of kasana0374, including the violation of server rules like use alternative accounts (violating server rule 1.4), ATL theft (violating server rule 1.3), and sexual username (violating server rule 4.3).
After full contact with all parties of the PRC, the PRC decided to return "the compensation of 90 gold ingots originally paid by Ronne to Japan, one of the member nations of the Chinese Union (CU) of the PRC", order kasana0374 to contribute to Ronne. kasana0374 agreed, but in fact, under the constant urging of relevant PRC personnel, he had no intention of taking action. So, the PRC put his city Los_Santos expelled the PRC.
PRC, instead of kasana0374, compensated Ronne with 90 gold ingots as compensation for wrongly incorporating kasana0374 and his town.
