To much debate in the Commonwealth's House of Representatives, a resolution was drafted to declare war against the USA, but it was afterwards withdrawn out of concern that the declaration would recognize the USA as a distinct independent nation rather than a rebelling region. Nevertheless, the war continued.

Later that month, the USA committed two terrorist attacks against the city of St. Willis, America. The first attack was carried out when HasanHasa infiltrated St. Willis disguising as a new player nicknamed "Jeopardy", and promptly abused the town's lenient building permissions to explode the inner urban regions with TNT minecarts. This attack was promptly rolled back by moderation in the same day. The second attack, in comparison, did much less damage than the first, however otherwise not much else is known.
