October also saw the return of one of her founding fathers, [[Mrclucky_123]]. While he did return in late September, he was merely standing back whilst all havoc broke out on the server with the coming war. Once the war was over with, Mrclucky "Clucky" _123 saw that the town of Victoria, strategically placed on Vancouver Island, was made. With the effort of JamessV, Phoenix's spoils were safely transported to the new town and sealed before any 'U2' situations could be made (not like there was that much, considering Phoenix itself had been in decline for the past two months).
