Jerusalem was a holy city located at Israel. The site had 3 shrines for three religions, Judaism, Islam and Christianity. Jerusalem is now a ghost of its former self, outposted by Germany but Germany is not putting any effort in restoration. What is not claimed is protected by Germany's nation protection, preventing all from helping to restore it, much in the same way as Virmuni.
