Overview
The Rosa Insititute (stylized as ROSA INSITUTE or simply ROSA) is the first think-tank every on EarthMC. The Rosa Institute's founding mission is to push for
History
The Rosa Institute was founded in Mid-March 2019 and shortly thereafter started work on their headquarters in Dakar. During the period while their office was being built, they undertook a comprehensive plan to read through both the EarthMC Classic Wikia and the EarthMC Wikia to organize and expand the historical records of the server.
