The Russian Civil War is a conflict between Russia and the True Russia due to a large number of disputed territories, the confrontation of countries and the division of zones of influence, taking place throughout Russia, which began on December 25, 2021 and continues to this day.

Background

Historically speaking, Russia has always been a conflictive region in EarthMC, with more than 50 nations established inside and around its borders as of mid 2021. As this huge number of nations keeps growing, also do the diplomatic and military conflicts.

In fact, the Russian Civil War stems from a smaller armed conflict; the Russo-Horde War, which ended on September 26, 2021 with the defeat of the Golden Federation led by Java_Wolf. After Russia's victory, the situation in the region stabilized and Russia extended its influence to all the territories of Russia by the end of autumn 2021, without any resistance.

On November 26, 2021, True Russia was created, declaring its preferences for large territories controlled by Russia. This led to a number of diplomatic conflicts. According to the statements of the Russian leadership, the True Russia alliance was created specifically to confront Russia. The tension of the situation was also explained by the frequent poaching of cities between countries and the killing of civilians.

Сourse of War

On December 24, 2021, the Emperor of Russia PycckueBnepeg declares war on the True Russia. The official reason was the constant attacks of the citizens of True Russia on the citizens of Russia, a large number of provocations by True Russia and the lack of attempts at peaceful dialogue.

Ural-Archangelsk Front

The Ural-Archangelsk Front did not saw as much action as the other fronts, yet two battles already occured in Arkalia, West Russia. True Russia claimed having won both attacks on the town with 6 casualties for the Russians and none for the True Russian army.

Pavlovsk Front

The Pavlovsk Front includes the areas near said city (which is also next to Moscow). This was actually the first front to be opened; the Russian Empire striked first in the war on 3 January 2022, when they attacked Pavlovsk (capital of the Russian Dominion, a major member of True Russia). This clash ended in a decisive victory for the Empire, with 2 casualties in the True Russian side and one in the Russian one.

Another battle (the date being unknown) occured near Yekaterinburg, though this time it was True Russia attacking a town of the Russians. The result is disputed, with True Russia claiming they forced the Russian Empire to retreat with no casualties at all and thus pushed the frontline some hundreds of meters westwards.

Southern Front

The Southern Front was opened at the end of February 2022 after the Russian Army attacked the city of Korokochi. As a result of several battles, the largest of which was the battle of March 9, 2022, two citizens of True Russia and two citizens of Russia were killed. In fact, the cities of Korokochi and Ternivka are surrounded by the Russian army and are constantly being attacked by Russia. In addition, a major event was the attempt of the True Russian army to attack the Donbass, but as a result, the mayor ignored their attempts. This forced the army of True Russia to retreat, which led to the offensive of the Russian army on the city of Ternivka and an hour-long blockade of the city.

Karelian-Finnish Front

RUSSIAN SOLDIERS IN THE CITY Volkhov_Republic, 8th OF MARCH, 2022

The Karelian-Finnish Front, the bloodiest and most active in the conflict, was opened on late January 2022 as True Russia attacked Pankikland (capital of Suomi) in modern-day Finland. The True Russian army defeated the local defences and forced Lapland (the nation that Suomi was part of) to sign peace on 30 January.

On 9 March 2022, the Russian army attacked the city of Volkhov_Republic (located in modern-day Murmansk Oblast). As a result of an almost hour-long battle near the city, the Russian troops managed to win, moving the front line almost to the city of Russiashawna and declaring their control over Karelia. As a result of the battle, one Russian soldier and five soldiers of True Russia were killed, including the mayor of Volkhov_Republic xxenu.

Apparently, a smaller clash in Russiashawna happened later the same day, ending with a defeat for the Russian Empire (1 dead) which halted their offensive in Karelia.

True Russia also attacked Helsinki (capital of Finland) as this nation had declared war on them too. After some fighting, the True Russians achieved a decisive win allegedly causing 4 losses for the defenders and 2 for the attackers. Saint Petersburg (capital of the whole Russian Empire) was also involved in two battles; one finished indecisive with no casualties (True Russia claimed pushing the Russians back), while the other was reckoned as a victory by the True Russians (with 4 Russians and 1 True Russian dead).
