The Cult itself has it's own version on how their religion came to be, although it is heavily debated on if the founding story is in fact true or false.
Most religious texts describe a tale of 2 homosexual marriages which eventually led to the revelation of Freddie to Dornan.


As it's described, the Cult was founded when "the filthy savages" of the Roman Catholic Church, began the extermination of the Columbian Identity during the period of stagnation in the country. The marriage between the cult's martyr, [[Olympia|BigBroPro0425]], and the cult's prophet Kamikokoro in particular was struck down by a volt of lightning emanating from the Spanish Peninsula which was initially interpreted as God's disapproval of the marriage, this however was proven to be false as a few days later however, as Kamikokoro's marriage with martyr [[DeadlyPINGU2003|DeadlyFox2003]] was yet again struck down by a volt of lightning which was eventually proven to come from the Spanish Peninsula, and specifically from the Volt-inator present in [[Madrid]].
The two marriages took place in the [[Columbia|Columbian]] capital of Achilla (now [[Kanye]]) and both were in some way related to player Kamikokoro (now kamdropz). According to the Dreddist Bible; "...At high noon, on harvest season, BigBroPro0425 and Kamikokoro, were beautifully engaged together, the celebrations were plentiful but shortly after the ceremony, BigBroPro0425 disappeared, never to be seen again..." This confirmed the priest, Dornan, 's suspicions of a sabotage. The Catholic church eventually confessed to the crime and an apparition came to Dornan, which was to become the first prophet of the future cult. This apparition was Freddie Dredd expressing support for his cause, and enlightened Dornan of his true identity as God. Dornan proceeded to fund the new Cult and wrote the first of many editions of the Cult's Manifesto. This outward rebellion against the "heretic" Catholics was favored by FREDDIVS and he granted Dornan infinite meth.
 
Evidence of the marriages taking place has been founded in very old scrolls, however, the disappearance of BigBroPro, has been heavily debated, as could still be found at the time of Aurora, which was about a year after the fact. The "sudden ray of light" mentioned has now been considered by many historians to have been the threat of the excommunication of DeadlyFox, which was a Roman Catholic, a religion which shuns homosexual marriages.

Historical Fact

This, heavely debated, founding story has proven to have some truth to it, as the marriages between BigBroPro and Kamikokoro, and DeadlyFox2003 and Kami, did infact take place in the now Euphoric capital of Kanye. However it is often cited that these gay marriages were denounced by both the Church and Deadly's nation, Spain, for their homosexual nature.

Many experts believe that the Cult was simply founded out of spite of not letting gay marriages in the Roman Catholic Church and out of Dornan's pride, which would eventually influence the religion's virtues.
