On July 3rd, a USA spy called NoahVance made the town of Neo_Jersey in southern New Jersey. Due to him being in America, NoahVance was able to claim dozens of chunks in southern New Jersey, claimblocking several New Jersey towns.

On July 11th, America and USA officially ended the war in the Treaty of Philadelphia, which demanded that the USA revoke their claim to all of America, and forbidding their expansion beyond a specific line. However, despite the war's official conclusion, hostilities continued, with both sides claiming the other was not upholding their part of the treaty. Therefore, the war is considered by most to continue beyond this point, and the Treaty of Philadelphia itself a failed treaty.

The attack was carried out when HasanHasa infiltrated St. Willis disguising as a new player nicknamed "Jeopardy", and promptly abused the town's lenient building permissions to explode the inner urban regions with TNT minecarts. This attack was promptly rolled back by moderation in the same day.
