Olivio stated that since Osaka would have two co-mayors now, that the town had a low risk of falling. Rossome made a flag for Osaka, and proposed that they have a cool operation name for the plan. Olivio said "Big Osaka", but Rossome morphed it into ''"B i g O s a k a".'' Rossome also thought that the town looked bad, so he built four houses in the western part of the town. Eventually, Osaka did reach 100 residents, and Olivio provided all the gold necessary to make Osaka the maximum size it could possibly be.
