Rossome0203 is an American player who lives in Brazil in-game. He is frequently in voice calls with Olivio90 and Gloire_Brazil, but he can't talk since his computer is loud. This has earned him the nickname "Microwave". In the Nation, he is known for being active, building infrastructure, and randomly giving people an apple whenever he sees them.
History:
Old Brazil
Rossome0203 first played on EarthMC in the spring of 2019. He wandered around the map until he was invited to Porto Alegre in Imperial Brazil by a player named _Guilherme_. He accepted. The mayor of Porto Alegre, Sr_Marcola, only spoke Portuguese, so Rossome had to use Google Translate to communicate with him.
Later, _Guilherme_ left Porto Alegre to make a town with his sister: Cascavel. Rossome has never heard about him since. Eventually, he quit playing EarthMC. He did barely anything outside of Porto Alegre, so he is not remembered as an Old Brazilian. His memory is fuzzy from that era.
New Brazil
A Fresh New Start
On February 22nd, 2021, Rossome decided that he wanted to play Minecraft again, but he didn't know what server to play on. But then, he remembered the server that he played on almost two years prior, EarthMC. When Rossome got through the queue, he found himself back in Porto Alegre. The town looks strangely similar to what is was 2 years ago. His old house was now a tavern.
Rossome said in the chat that he was not a part of Porto Alegre anymore, and then he got a DM from FonzieB, the mayor of a Brazilian town named Osaka, asking him if he wanted to rejoin Brazil. He accepted, and became a citizen of Osaka. Fonzie quickly realized how active Rossome was, and gave him a second chunk, and later a third one.
Operation B i g O s a k a
On April 17th, the leader of Brazil, Olivio90, came to Osaka with a plan. Fonzie would promote Rossome to be the second co-mayor of Osaka alongside TomatoesVThe, and together the three of them would recruit for Osaka to get it to 100 residents, then Olivio would send gold to the town to expand its claims. Olivio stated that since Osaka would have two co-mayors now, that the town had a low risk of falling. Rossome made a flag for Osaka, and proposed that they have a cool operation name for the plan. Olivio said "Big Osaka", but Rossome morphed it into "B i g O s a k a". Rossome also thought that the town looked bad, so he built four houses in the western part of the town. Eventually, Osaka did reach 100 residents, and Olivio provided all the gold necessary to make Osaka the maximum size it could possibly be.

Political History
When TomatoesVThe asked Rossome if he wanted to join his party, the SMP, he accepted. In the following senate elections in April, ArtistGames encouraged him to run for senator, so he did, and he won. He would also win the next elections in May, and in Early June, President Hungrey_ appointed him as Economy Minister. He was the one that proposed the creation of the #portuguese-lessons channel in the Brazilian discord.
Buildings and Other Creations
Aside from the aforementioned houses in Osaka, Rossome has also built a shop in the C-District of Mehinaku, as well as a pagoda in its Asian District. He has also built various ice highways, including ones to France, Coari, and Alta Floresta, and he has a huge plan to build ice highways in the south of the country. He was also the sole builder of the original Brazilian Netherways, a road system linking 6 Brazilian towns.
