History
The Volkov Family has ties to central Russia, particularly in the region around City 17. The Volkov Family was nomadic and thinly-populated, with most of the possible ancestors being bastards. Upon Adrian Volkov, Sr.'s coming of age, he worked as a sugar cane farmer in the area between City 17 and Tsetserleg, the capital of the Mongol Empire.
The Volkov Family came to prominence upon Adrian Volkov, Sr.'s coming to America, where he settled in Philadelphia and worked as a salesman, selling merchandise obtained from town raids. He eventually became mayor of Albany, New York, where he worked until his retirement caused by a massive stroke.
Adrian Volkov, Jr. was born sometime during Volkov, Sr.'s mayorship. His mother is unknown, but records point to his mother being an Australian showgirl.
Adrian Volkov, Jr. is now the leader of the Volkov Family, due to Volkov, Sr.'s death due to complications from a stroke.
