Nova:Transcontinental Ice Rail (TCIR)

The Transcontinental Ice Rail (TCIR) (Trans-Siberia Ice Road) is a ice rail system connecting continents on EMC in the overworld. With the length of approximately 26 kilometer, from Borneo to Warsaw(Austria). It provide high speed and time saving transportation between Asia and Europe without teleportation. It’s the longest ice rail on the entire server, and now it’s planning to go further to the US and Australia. And it has also became a new way for mayors to search for new players in these days.
The project is launched by the Taiwanese gamer evanhou,which now living in Changsha (Han). Though most of the construction is done by evanhou, there's also a bunch of people around the world also made their construction in their hometown. XxSlayerMCxX is one of the main builder, the mod that deal with those grief along the route, and also the mayor of Changsha. The founder – evanhou said “When the teleport is down, JUST TAKE THE ICE RAIL!!!”
Status
The service is now back. With the population of of the passenger rise, the ice rail is now griefed hardly. The China section has been patrolled by The Chinese Ice Rail Community. But due to evanhou's school work irl and the amount of grief that reported to mods is too big, the maintenance of the Siberia section will be suspended until the mods fixed a single lane.

08.Jul.2019 evanhou started the construction
11.Jul.2019 First section of the ice rail is completed (From Changsha to XianYang)
16.Aug.2019 The China-Mongolia section is done.
28.Aug.2019 The Siberia second was “temporary” done (1 lane only) and reached Ponsacco St.
17.Oct.2019 evanhou officially start it's Ice rail shop business at Changsha and Ponsacco.
09.Feb.2020 The Siberia section is entirely completed. First stage of the construction complete.
15.Jul.2020 EVERGREEN was founded by evanhou, and the Ice rail became a part of the company.
02.Sep.2020 evanhou made a announcement that EVERGREEN and Eva Air will stopped it's service till the Turmoil Era of the server is over.
28.Mar.2021 The server updated to 1.16 and the render distance became further, which means we're finally able to travel on the ice rail at full speed again.
18.May.2021 evanhou made a discord of the TCIR group, and decide to make plan for the further route.
11.Jul.2021 The construction of the TCIR Headquarter completed it's now complete.
19.Nov.2021 The Austria underground section is now abandoned due to the collapse of PLC.
Construction
Start of the construction
TCIR started its construction on 8.July.2019 (2 days after evanhou first join the server) permitted by XxSlayerMCxX (the mayor of Changsha). After 4 days into construction, the first section of the ice rail was completed on 11.July.2019 (The day before Qin disband), connecting Changsha and XianYang (1.2 kilometer).
Mongolia section and Macau Section
After Qin disband, Han took over China, the Mongolia section and Macau section was permitted by Shia_Chan (Empress). Soon after, the Mongolia section was completed and the Macau section was put in hold due to Macau mayor’s opinion.
Siberia section
The whole project was in hold for about three weeks in search of further permission and gathering materials. On 27.Aug.2019, the Trans-Siberia section was permitted by Manchuria Infrastructure Team (MIT) and started its construction right away. Took only 2 days (30 hours of work), the 14 kilometers Trans-Siberia section was “temporary” done(only one lane of ice and cobblestone wall on one side, no pillars for climbing) on 28.Aug.2019, it’s total length was added up 18 kilometers and became the longest ice rail route on the entire server.
The construction later slow down due to the start of the school. The ice rail is heavily griefed by players which made the construction even more slower cuz fixing the griefs took up all of the time. This phenomenon wasn’t stopped until Slayer became the Mod and be able to roll back all the grief.
In December, the construction was nearly stopped due to evanhou’s college entrance exam. But thanks to Slayer, the pillars and another lane of the ice rail was able to keep on going for 3 kilometers. And the rest of the part is later been completed by evanhou. On 9.Feb.2020 The Transcontinental Ice Rail Asia-Eastern Europe Section was finally fully completed, and the whole server receive the following message “After nearly half year of hard work The Transcontinential Ice Rail Asia—Eastern Europe section (start from Changsha(Han) to Ponsacco(Tzarist_Russia))is finally complete. The trip is nearly 20km and takes less than 10mins GG!!!”
South China Sea section
The construction of South China Sea section is already permitted. But the construction was put into hold again cuz evanhou is busy working on the Changsha subway. The server is also being laggy and make the ice rail became useless, make it seems unnecessary to continue any construction.
Afterward, lei_she create a town called "James_shoal", and he's willing to take over the construction of the South China Sea section. And the progress was finally be able to move on after nearly 4 months of holding. The construction start around 20.Jun.2020 and it is completed in Augest 2020
China Section Improvement
Since the server became laggy, Ice rail became useless. But many people still using it to travel between towns. To decrease the danger that cause by the server lag and improve the experience, evanhou decided to improve the entire section by filling all the gap between ices in the tunnels and add smooth stone slab to the side of the lane. The construction start from 12.Jul.2020 and it's planned to improve the section from Macau to Northern Mongolia.
Future plan
Now further planning is working in progress. Second stage of construction planned to reach Australia and the third stage of construction planned to reach the North America. Second stage of construction will soon be launch once the server is back on a stable condition.

Difficulties
China Section (08.Jul.2019~16.Aug.2019)
In China and Mongolia
The construction started from 08.Jul.2019, when the Chinese Civil War is still going on. evanhou got killed more than 10 times by Gang of four (Bommbap , Cobetkhei , YobetChel , Ylome) and a lot of building material and god tools was lost after dead, which slows down the construction significantly. Some days when the war went viral, there won't even be a chance to get out the of the claimed area safely. At that time works are only been done while they're offline.
Killers not only came from the Gang of four, but also those from the western nation. The construction also hasten the sniper to come to the latest construction site. With nearly full armor on evanhou, he still got killed several times due to the lack of reaction time and the invis effect that sniper used. Afterward, evanhou decided not to have full armor on during construction.
In Antarctica
At first, the ice mining is been conducted at the ice farm near /n spawn Antarctica. Unfortunately a lot of ppl likes to hunt down ppl in the ice fram, evanhou got killed once and almost got killed for several times. After that, evanhou started to search for a new spot for ice mining. And finally found a island that's suitable to farm ice near Ellsworth. Because the island doesn't actually existed irl, evanhou named the island White Island and left it unclaimed till now. Fun Fact : Most of the ice that support the entire construction of the China Section and Sibeira Section came from White Island.
Siberia Section (27.Aug.2019~09.Feb.2020)
