History

Foundation and establishment of the first government

Kimberley was established as the Republic of Kimberley by Godfather Java_wolf on November 27, 2022 with the help of a loan from the Russian Empire. The Godfather appointed the lawyer Cach30verfl0w in the position of the President of the Government. Cach30verfl0w established a ministry structure under control of the Godfather. The capital became New Despot.

Legal system

The Republic of Kimberley bases its legal system on the Judical Mafiocracy. The ordinary judges are subordinate to the Supreme Judges. They make their judgments in the interest of the Supreme Judges, and judgments of the judges can be overturned or reassessed by the Supreme Judges.
