Judical Mafiocracy

The Judical Mafiocracy describes a judicial order in which the judiciary is based on representatives (so-called Supreme Judges) of one or several mafia organizations. This term was mainly coined by Java_Wolf and is used as a judicial order in the Republic of Kimberley. This structure of the judiciary may be supplemented by judicial substructures subject to the chief justices or by other state instruments.

Republic of Kimberley

The Republic of Kimberley is the first state to have coined this ideology. The Godfather Java_Wolf created this ideology to describe the judiciary and it is shaped by two Supreme Judges from two families. Once by Cach30verfl0w as Supreme Judge of the House of Despot and by julianmexicochoppa as Supreme Judge of the House of Yakutia. Both Supreme Judges are in the Family Council of the Despot Mafia.
