The Second WrestlingWithGod Court refers to the period of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Cascadia from August 9, 2025, when WrestlingWithGod was sworn in as the seventh Chief Justice of Cascadia, to January 18, 2026. WrestlingWithGod was previously Chief Justice during the First WrestlingWithGod Court, making this his second court. WrestlingWithGod had served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court prior to appointment as Chief Justice, and succeeded Sayerleft in that position. WrestlingWithGod's tenure on the court ended following his loss of retention in the January 2026 Cascadia general election where he received a 58.95% approval rating, with a 60% required for retention.
This era of the Court, like the Sayerleft Court, was marked by groundbreaking rulings on constitutional interpretation, governmental authority, and the relationship between national and municipal governance, as well as unique cases such as animal ownership. The Court has also addressed issues arising from Cascadia’s unique digital governance structure, like disputes involving Discord administration.
Notable rulings include The People v. Setrus, being one of the most significant cases in Cascadian history and Cascadia v. Explosivefirewk et al, often referred to as Worldlegate.
