The ideologies of our party is based like it's said in the name of Communism but the ECPA refused the authoritarian communism of the past and then learning from the lesson of this past proposing you a alternative where the goal is to archive freedom and equality around all the frozen land of Antarctica and keeping our democratic value that grant us our liberty and equality. The ECPA proposes the share of the nation resources for the people and to work all together to reach the goal we given, making a great nation and develop the Antarctica, the gold will mainly be regrouped for give everyone the gold they need for developing town and getting stuff when they need it. The party is mainly anti-Imperialist do not wish people the get conquered by force.

Structure

Any citizen of Antarctica who has lived in it for more than 1 week can join the party. Once a month, a congress meets to decide important decisions regarding Egalitarian Communism. In the period between congresses, the party is led by the Central Committee, which is elected by party members at the congresses in a ratio of 3 to 1 (if there are 12 party members, then there will be 4 members of the Central Committee). All members of the Central Committee, including the Chairman, have equal powers, with the exception of the Chairman's veto (however, if 75% or more members voted against this veto, then it is rejected).
