Nova Lisboa is a town in southeastern Brazil that was founded on the 25th of July 2021 by underrrr. Despite Nova Lisboa is undergoing construction, it is open to new portuguese residents.
History
The Beginning
In July 20th, 2021 underrrr, who he who was living in France after giving up in the co-mayors program, decides to create his own city from scratch. With the help of MareshallZorn, they started a fundraising campaign for a new city in Brazil. With the support of many popular facets of Brazil such as the province members of Manabi, ArtistGames, Marechall, Rossome0203 and Gloire_Brazil, on the 25th, underrrr managed to get enough gold to create the town and even expand some chunks.
On the 30th, the current City Council of Nova Lisboa was already erected and on the 17th of August, the city welcomed its first resident, Paneleirovski.
Culture of Wheat
On September 3rd, Nova Lisboa launches an agricultural campaign in accordance with the second measure referred to in the I Development Plan of Nova Lisboa, relating to the establishment and development of agricultural and livestock areas.
Thanks for the incredible support to its agricultural campaign, Nova Lisboa makes the Daily Meal program official 5 days after the beginning of the previous campaign.
- The Daily Meal program consists of giving Nova Lisboa's residents 64 breads produced in Neo-Lisboeta lands per day for free. These Meals would be delivered daily and sent to each person's home mailbox.
A Sad Day for Nova Lisboa
On October 8, Nova Lisboa suffers a terrible attack. The surroundings of the town were severly griefed. The ticket for moderation was made and the necessary measures were taken. It is believed that the fact of grief arose for the reason that most of Nova Lisboa's residents were from Portugal and about 500 years ago Portugal enslaved Brazilian Indians and the criminal considers the Portuguese descendants as "Enslavers". Second Great Expansion Nova Lisbonense

With the absurd support of SpartaFragge and zedascoubes and other new residents, seven days after this meeting, they not only got the gold they agreed on but also got another 160g for the cause, making a total of 1008g all used in the expansion of 63 chunks of Nova Lisboa.
At this moment, a new meeting is to be scheduled, regarding the possibility of a fourth expansion. New citizens will be able to take a seat at this meeting when it has a defined date.
Geography
Nova Lisboa lies on the southeastern interior of Brazil, at an altitude 84 blocks above the bedrock level. The town is located in the jungle biome. Nova Lisboa is the considered the town with more Portuguese residents in all South America.
