Xeocas is an EarthMC entrepreneur who focuses on the development of areas and nations through sponsoring various building and revitalization projects. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavours, Xeocas is a member of the Vermont Republic legislative branch, contributing to the governance and legislative processes of the republic. Furthermore, he owns Yarmouth in Nova Scotia, where he continues to invest in and promote local development in the Nova Scotia Region.

During his time in Vermont, Xeocas has made many proposals to improve the nation. Through this recognition, and following the impeachment of Sergio in the 4th Legislature, Xeocas was made Vice-President for the remainder of the term.
