The Imperial City of Kanye, previously known as Derby and originally known as Achilla, is the capital of the Great Euphoria Empire based in Western Canada. It was originally a hut made by an unknown player, and it was planned to be a satellite of the Valkyrian Hegemony in Autumn 2020, however it was finally chosen to be the capital of a new Columbian Empire which would have the town as it's heart.
