Foundation and establishment of the first government
Kimberley was established as the Territory of Kimberley by Godfather Java_wolf on November 27, 2022 with the help of a loan from the Russian Empire. The Godfather appointed the lawyer Cach30verfl0w in the position of the President of the Government. Cach30verfl0w established a ministry structure under control of the Godfather. The capital became New Despot.
