Xeocas is an EarthMC Politician and Governance Consultant, with experience in legislative and constitutional consultation. Alongside his political work, Xeocas has been a successful entrepreneur in Cascadia, who has focused on the development of the capital region of Cascadia, Olympia, alongside nations, through sponsoring various building and revitalisation projects. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavours, Xeocas has demonstrated a high-degree of competence, which has been displayed throughout his experience in national governance across 4 nations in Terra Aurora.
Vermont:
Xeocas Joined Vermont on the 20th of June 2024
During his time in Vermont, Xeocas made many proposals to improve the nation. Xeocas owned the town of Yarmouth and later moved to Unity, giving Yarmouth to MrChief.
4th Legislature:
Through recognition, and following the impeachment of Sergiothecrafter in the 4th Legislature, Xeocas was made Vice-President for the remainder of the term. During this term
Xeocas also proposed a new revision of the Constitution of the Vermont Republic. The revision was created and ratified in order to restore order to the tumultuous government.
5th Legislature:
Xeocas was appointed Secretary of State based on previous merit from the 4th Legislature recognised by Mikesworldus.
Xeocas Proposed the first comprehensive budget document of Vermont, which was later signed into law for the term.
Xeocas stood down from the position of Secretary of state due to the judicial branch and the executive branch (who were in cahoots) violating the constitution and allowing for corruption to proliferate.
Xeocas left Vermont 08/08/2024
Pilbara:
Xeocas joined Pilbara on the 9th of August 2024.
Xeocas created the town of Providence on the 11th of August 2024.
Xeocas Founded the PNF (Pilbaran Nationalist Front) - A political party which aimed to stimulate wealth, protect citizens and provide for districts in Pilbara.
Xeocas joined the Pilbaran Government and became an Advisor of Empire Affairs. Xeocas also created the first "wealth creation initiative plan" in collaboration with the Prime Minister alongside the Emperor.
Xeocas left Pilbara on the 2nd of September 2024 due to the Emperor failing to implement a reasonable amount of ideas which would see the nation thrive.
Wollaston:
Xeocas joined Wollaston on the 2nd of September 2024, and remained there for a short while before returning to vermont to rewrite the Constitution with Farosh.
Both Xeocas & Farosh migrated to Cascadia shortly after.
Cascadia
Xeocas became a Cascadian Citizen on the 1st of November 2024.
Xeocas' legacy in Cascadia has been solidified through the introduction of many pieces of legislation and welfare reformation pieces, with the inclusion of expanding Cascaid to reward those promoting our discord server, reforming the University of Cascadia to simplify the processes, introducing the Public trust act, introducing the Major Crimes Act, Introducing the Liberation of Olympia Act.
Xeocas left Cascadia for less than 1 month to take part in the revitalisation and rebuilding of Havaiki, however, he later returned to join the presidential campaign against Hawaiian.
City Executive
On the 18th of May 2025, Xeocas was elected as the City Executive of Olympia.
Xeocas has initiated the following propositions, ideas, and changes as city executive:
- Transition from Group Chat to a Private server
- Completion & Revitalisation of local ice-rail within 4 towns connected to the city (Cascadia, Cascadia_Capital, Olympia, Avallone)
- Lottery campaign
- National Ice-way reformation
- Expansion of Cascadian Hall of Fame
- Recruitment for Olympia & Seattle
- Halloween Event Ideation
- Complete zoning of the Olympian Metropolitan Council (OMC)
- Construction of a new skyscraper
- Cascadian Distribution Center (CDC)
- Christmas decoration of Olympia
- Creation of the Advisory board for Olympia
- Expansion, by means of an annex to the Hall of Fame
