The Nubia-Aba Treaty of MMS was a treaty designed to ensure the continued safety, security and military prosperity of both Nostra:Nubia and Aba.

Terms

Article 1

  • In the event of hostile military action or threat from hunters against either Nubia or Aba, both parties agree to provide military assistance, strategic support, and defensive cooperation upon request from the other nation.

Article 2

  • Military support may include, but is not limited to, deployment of soldiers, strategic coordination & planning, or the supply of equipment, resources or intelligence.

Article 3

  • Neither party shall intentionally provoke conflict under the protection of this treaty, and therefore any military action conducted under this agreement must be defensive or retaliatory in nature unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Article 4

  • This treaty acknowledges and reaffirms the existing Nubia-Aba alliance and cooperative relationship between both nations, and each nation recognises one another as military allies committed to mutual support & defence against hostile threats.

Article 5

  • Both nations agree to maintain communication between military leadership to ensure effective coordination during times of conflict, and joint military operations may be organised and conducted when necessary to strengthen the security of both nations.
