Pittsburgh is a town in the Commonwealth of America, part of the informally-named Pittsburgh Metro cluster in Pennsylvania alongside Wheeling and Allegheny.

History

Pittsburgh was founded by Moxicodone on April 17, 2026, joining the Commonwealth of America on August 18, 2026. Its founding was a compromise between competing visions for America's early expansion: Yapan wanted to found a town on the East Coast, while Sayer, Setrus, and most of the rest of the founding cohort wanted the nation to expand into the Midwest instead. In the years since, most of that original group — including Sayer and Setrus — have left EMC or departed America, leaving Pittsburgh and its neighbors as one of the few active remnants of the original founding community. Yapan later founded the neighboring town of Allegheny, and Wheeling joined the cluster when its founder, Artihst, moved in as Moxicodone's neighbor, forming the informal "Pittsburgh Metro."
