Nisa

Located near the bounders of Turkmenistan and Iran, based on historical capital of the Parthian empire in the same location. The city is built on the hill with the royal and adminstrative centre on the hill citadel. Nisa was founded in early January 2018 and has grown rapidly to reach village status as of january the 10th.
