In response, Pilbara posted a similar announcement denouncing the Australians, leading to a declaration of war by the Pilbarans, thus instigating the Australian - Pilbaran war. However, on the 24th march Australia responded by making an invasion town next to the Pilbaran capital, Onslow Bay. This resulted in Australia losing territory in the middle of Australia.

More recently, Pilbara attempted to expand its territory, particularly within Asia, via a purchase of North Korea. However, it was quickly rescinded due to the rising possibility of it escalating into a conflict.
