Wishful assumed the leadership of New York in June of 2021 and established a Diarchy between Wishful and Lucas in September 2021 upon the return of Lucas to active presence. In September of 2021 the Wintour House nearly collapsed, following the return of [[Lucas2011|Lucas Wintour]] sides clashed over the leadershp of New York which nearly led to [[Wishful|Wishful Wintour]] quitting completely with Alicia and Remita ready to follow suit. Ultimately a resolution was achieved and New York is now ruled both by Wishful and Lucas. From April 2022 to November 2023, the Wintour Family unofficially was not in an operational capacity. On November 19th, 2023 Wishful reestablished the house based out of Monaco and began the recruitment and involvement of new members. This comes at a time when those within the family are at an epitome of wealth, mercantilism, and architectural finesse. During this period of reformation, some members of the family were formally removed due to inactivity or simple inability to function within the family structure.  
 
York Caprice Wintour is a first cousin to Wishful and Lucas and owns the Estate at the Hamptons. York specializes in architecture and has designed countless buildings in [[New York (nation)|New York]] along with many landmarks across the server. Along with establishing a [[NewYorker9's United Nations|United Nations]].  York breifely left New York for [[Illinois]] after fallout with [[Lucas2011|Lucas Wintour]]. Upon Wishful Wintour taking leadership of New York and mending bad feelings, York has returned to [[New York (nation)|New York]] and the Wintour Family is once again whole. York has been a very active family member in assisting to design New York and helping progress the New York Renaissance through his personal estate and New York City proper.
 
Nicholas Romanov Grosvenor Wintour is a first cousin to Wishful and Lucas and owns the town of Harlem. Nicholas works with York at the New Yorker firm that specializes in architecture. Nicholas has constructed the 5th avenue portion of the Central Park project and has plans to make Harlem a shining beacon of luxury and wealth mirroring the Upper East Side. Nicholas had been king of the Swedish Empire before returning to New York to assist in the New York Renaissance.
 
Robert Denima Terese Wintour is a first cousin & Hipster Wintour is a second cousin of Wishful & Lucas and assisted Lucas in the affairs of running New York. Bobby and Hipster have both held the leadership of New York during times of absence of Lucas. Ultimately both stepped down due to pressure, inactivity and various scandals that occurred during their leaderships which included a massive robbery of Wintour family wealth in the summer of 2020. Hipster Wintour has not been seen for several months and his whereabouts are unknown. Bobby is sporadically active and still assists in some city affairs.
 
Alicia, and Indira are 3rd cousins of Wishful and Lucas and assisted Wishful during the starting months of his leadership by administering districts in New York. Indira currently holds the town of Long Island and still retains administrative control over the District of Long Island. Alicia has moved to Atlanta, Georgia following disputes that occured in September - October 2021 and currently has no plans of returning to New York.
 
Kara Wintour is the sister of Wishful Wintour and has held the town of Long Island and is currently no longer active.

The Wintour House also known as the Wintours are an royal socialite family headquartered at Wintour Palace in Monaco (Aurora). Formerly in New York (Nova). The Wintour House is headed by Wishful Carrington Wintour. The Wintour House operates as a non-hereditary family of oligarchs and prominent members around EarthMC.
