The Prime Minister is an elective position of the government of Terra Mariana and it's currently held by ondrag1. The term of a Prime Minister lasts 504 hours (3 weeks) and the candidates can be re-elected for a maximum of 2 consecutive terms. The current end of a Prime Minister's term is set at 17:00 UTC of the day of the end of the term. As stated in the Terra Mariana Constitution, the Prime Minister has half the power of the King and it's able to manage the ministries, the bureaus and the departments of the government.
Electoral Process
The process starts 168 hours before the end of the current Prime Minister's term.
Candidature
The Royal Councillors that want to candidate to the election have 24 hours to let the King know. In order for a candidate to take part to the election, he has to be accepted by the King.
Campaigning
The campaigning process lasts 96 hours and starst right after the candidature phase. The candidates get a personal space where to post ideas and projects they intend to follow during their term. This process is normally fulfilled by using electoral posters. Every citizen can ask questions to the candidates on the discussion channel.
Voting
The voting process lasts 24 hours, matching the last 24 hours of the current Prime Minister's term. All citizens of Terra Mariana, as well as the Mayors and Royal Councillors, need to vote for the contestor they think suits the job the best. This is the last phase and whithin an hour after the end of the voting the new Prime Minister is announced.
History
The Prime Minister position has been introduced to the Terra Mariana Constitution on the 25th March 2020 amendment, during the reign of King Egga_. Here's the full history of all Terra Mariana Prime Ministers:

3rd Prime Minister election
Candidates
In this election ondrag1 was the only candidate. No electoral posters have been made, but only some representatives expressions and sentences. No discussion took place in the official election channel.
Discussion
In the discussion channel, the public only asked some general questions. Not in the discussion channel, but in the general nation discord text channel, people were talking about ondrag's programme. They were also joking about the election as the election isn't fun and exciting. Additionally, they were thinking about if they rigged the election by either not voting or turning in invalid votes, so ondrag wouldn't get any votes.
Election
The election took place because the constitution requires at least 10% of citizens to vote for a candidate in order for him to win. The percentage was reached less than 12 hours after the start of the election. Some voters decided to cast invalid votes as a joke and as a form of protest. At 17:15 UTC the official result of the election was announced with the final results being:

Candidates
In this election, the contestors were: Alan_Lime, eke223, emmettaaron and ondrag1. All of those candidates did not participate in the last election except for eke223. None of those candidates were former Prime Ministers. All of the candidates were in the Royal Council. The jobs can be seen in Terra Mariana under "Government".
Alan_Lime
Alan_Lime made a total of 6 campaigning posters, with all of them, except one, containing some kind of propaganda. All of his posters were made as a joke, except one, which is serious, but has many grammatical errors in it. His programmes were: Better internal management, unification of the Baltics, material distribution, financial support and town funding.
eke223
eke223 made a total of 6 campaigning posters, with all of them having the same scheme; the same blue/redish backround and his skin in the lower left hand corner with a text in front of it saying: Vote for eke223. He had some kind of block or item in the middle of the poster to make it more appealing. His programmes were: Army reforms, more jobs, population rise, public farms, shopping district in Hiiumaa and a public villager trading hall for the entire Terra Mariana population.
emmettaaron
emmettaaron made a total 6 campaigning posters, with all of them having the same scheme: the same different-coloured triangle in the upper right hand corner with some kind of text announcing the programme of the poster and at the bottom a text saying: Vote for emmettaaron! In every poster, there is some kind of symbol or block in the middle with text. His programmes were: town funding, material distribution, declaring and protecting national landmarks, more appealing CTM tunnels, funding for better structures and bringing back the Flora and Fauna in Terra Mariana.
ondrag1
ondrag1 made a total of 6 campaigning poster, with all of them having a hypothetical quote of someone complaining and a text below of it saying a solution for this problem. All of them have a low-resolution backround and different coloured text, with most of them not fitting in with the backrounds. The texts have many grammatical errors. His programmes were: ideas, decision making, more power, food distribution, refunding of armour in battles and one poster saying that he would try his best to make the things happen even if he isn't becoming the Prime Minister. He also said that peace is the key.

There were multiple discussions about the Prime Minister election, like eleborating on someone's posters and some memes too.
Election
Headstart
eke223 had a huge lead because he had been inviting many citizens to his town, Reval, to vote for him in the election. emmettaaron thought this was pretty unfair since he only uses his citizens for the votes and for nothing else. He could have done the same thing, but he didn't. He had a huge lead of 6 votes.
Next day
As the next day arrived, eke223 had somewhere around 10 votes. Whereas Alan_Lime had 2, emmettaaron 4 and ondrag1 1 vote. After some convincing and propaganda spreading, emmettaaron gained around 6 more votes, eke223 2 more, Alan_Lime 1 more and ondrag1 2 more votes. After many hours of back and forth, the counter stopped at:
eke223 would have won if the law 1.2b of the Terra Mariana Constitution didn't forbid this. Since there was only a 5% difference, the Supreme Court decided who to vote as the Prime Minister within an hour. The Royal Councillors Alan_Lime, Pickled_Cheetos and TommyJ2 decided emmettaaron should be the 2nd Prime Minister. At 18:00 UTC on the 24th of April emmettaaron gained the role of Prime Minister in the government.
