General elections occurred on 17 September 2022 in Cascadia to elect the President of Cascadia and all twelve seats in the House of Representatives for one-month terms. Elections for U.S. president in also occurred on this date. These were the second elections to be held in Cascadia.

Incumbent President SayerQT did not stand for re-election. The presidential election resulted in a victory for Treasurer ViolentVampire, receiving a record 95.2% of the vote. Voter turnout was down slightly at 46.7% of registered voters. The house elections resulted in incumbents winning just half of the seats, with Incumbents winning just around 52% of first-preference votes.
