Alanian Aden-Djibouti (Classic)

Overview

This is a colony of Alania at the entrance to the Red Sea from the Indian Ocean.

History

This colony was founded on January 21 2018 when PolkadotBlueBear claimed the ruins of a bridge that ugly guarded the entrance. It is believed that this old bridge was an outpost of Cairo, but that may be incorrect.

The next day Alania had torn down the cobble monstrosity that was there and build the Aden-Djibouti Bridge, linking Arabia to Eritrea\Djibouti. Underneath this bridge is two channels for ocean-faring vessels to pass, both of which may be blocked in times of war or for emergencies.

The Colony was quickly disbanded and sold to Oliveer after only a few days under Alanian control.
