Bissau is a Guinean town located off the coast of west Africa sandwiched between The goonies and Boloma, both part of the Mali empire. It has been founded by Hd7799 with the help of Czipsu35(leader of Guinea) on the second of march 2023. It currently has 3 citizens and is 28 chunks large it is also an autonomous region at time of current writing.
