Introduction

The Free North American Organization (FNAO) is a regional democratic defense alliance open to all democratic nation in North America. For a nation to be admitted they must apply and be voted in by the current member states.

Member States

The founders of the FNAO were Laurentia and Torngat, with the nations of Baffin and Yukon later joining the alliance.

Name Change

FNAO was originally known as the East Canadian Treaty Organization (ECTO). With Yukon joining the east part of the name was no longer accurate, because of this the alliance voted to change the name to FNAO.

Disbanding

On August 20th 2024, the FNAO disbanded due to inactivity and member nations being disbanded/traded
