Aurora:Ronne/RONNE & AU Official Alliance Treaty

Article 1: The alliance between Ronne and Antarctic Union is a strategic alliance. In terms of military affairs, both sides guarantee each other's independence. Any country declaring war on either AU or Ronne will be considered as declaring war on both AU and Ronne simultaneously. We will help each other in defensive warfare.

第一条：Ronne和AU之间的联盟是一个战略联盟。在军事事务上，双方保证彼此的独立。任何国家向AU或Ronne宣战将被视为同时向AU和Ronne宣战。我们将在防御性战争中互相帮助。

Article 2: Sovereignty and mutual trust between Ronne and AU, and all territorial cross-border activities between Ronne and AU are allowed by default. Both parties shall not hold the other party accountable for any cross-border behaviour, provided that the other party's crossing does not affect the development of their own towns.

第二条：Ronne和AU之间的主权是互信的，Ronne和AU之间的所有领土跨界活动默认被允许。双方都不应对对方的跨界行为追究责任，但前提是对方的越境行为不影响己方城镇的发展。

Article 3: Both sides will engage in closer economic exchanges. For example, in the case of Ronne, when Ronne has material overflows, Ronne will provide the AU government with cheaper raw materials than market prices and allow AU licensed citizens to open stores in designated areas of Utopia. Correspondingly, AU can also provide preferential economic policies for Ronne or directly donate.

第三条：双方将进行更紧密的经济交流。例如，在龙尼，当龙尼有物资多出时，龙尼将以比市场价格更低的价格向AU政府提供多出的物资；允许AU的受许可公民在Utopia的指定区域开店。相应地，AU也可以为龙尼提供优惠的经济政策或直接捐赠。

Article 4: There has to be cultural mutual trust between the two parties, and there is irregular exchange of information on special replicable items such as map art and finished books. Allow residents of both sides to create map art on each other's territory, and so on.

第四条：双方必须在文化上相互信任，并对特殊可复制项目，如地图画和成书。双方进行不定期的信息交流。允许双方居民在对方的领土上创造地图艺术。

Article 5: Both parties should strive to maintain consistency in their attitudes and views on international affairs. Before expressing their views on certain international events, both parties should fully communicate to ensure consistency in their positions.

第五条：双方应努力在对国际事务的态度和观点上保持一致。在对某些国际事件发表看法之前，双方应充分沟通，以确保双方的立场一致。

Article 6: Both parties agree to ensure compatibility between their judicial systems and shall not accommodate or shelter prisoners of the other party who are considered criminals by their respective jurisdictions. This includes individuals such as Loki, who betrayed Ronne, or residents of rebellious cities that split from AU, and any other individuals sought for legal prosecution.

第六条：双方同意保证他们的司法系统之间的兼容性，并且不应容纳或庇护被各自司法管辖区视为犯罪的另一方的罪犯。这包括像Loki这样背叛龙尼的人，或者从AU分裂出来的反叛城市的居民，以及任何其他被双方任意一方法律起诉的人。
