Shoeville is a historic town founded in 1888 in the heart of Russia. Born out of a shared quest for a new beginning, Shoeville was established by two pioneers—ItScratch's mother and ZedB0's father—who, in their search for a home, journeyed across southern Africa and made a brief stop in Western Australia before settling in the Russian heartland. Over generations, the founders' legacy has been entrusted to ItScratch and ZedB0, whose shared vision and dedication continue to shape Shoeville's future, driving its growth and prosperity for the better.

History of Shoe Castle

Shoe Castle stands as the cornerstone of Shoeville’s rich and resilient history. Its origins trace back to the late 19th century, when the town's founders, ItScratch’s mother and ZedB0’s father, established the settlement after years of wandering. As they laid the foundations for their new home, they built a magnificent structure that would embody their perseverance and vision—Shoe Castle. The name was symbolic of their long, arduous journey across southern Africa and Western Australia, where they wore out countless pairs of shoes. The castle was more than a mere building; it was a monument to endurance, unity, and hope.

Crafted from local stone and wood, Shoe Castle was designed to protect the fledgling town from the harsh elements of central Russia. It boasted towering walls, intricate ironwork, and a sprawling courtyard that served as the heart of the town. Inside, it became a gathering place for the townsfolk, a sanctuary of warmth, and the strategic center of Shoeville's growth.

In the early 1900s, as central Russia descended into chaos during a series of territorial conflicts, many towns were decimated by war. Shoeville was not spared, but the indomitable Shoe Castle remained standing amid the destruction. Legend says that while enemy forces tried relentlessly to tear down the town, the strength of the castle’s walls—and the resolve of ItScratch and ZedB0’s descendants—kept it intact.

While Shoeville was reduced to ruins, the survival of Shoe Castle inspired the remaining townspeople to rebuild their lives around it. The castle became not only a fortress but a symbol of endurance for future generations. It was said that as long as Shoe Castle stood, Shoeville would never fall.

Today, Shoe Castle remains the crown jewel of Shoeville, a lasting tribute to the founders’ legacy and the town’s undying spirit. Restored over the years but always true to its original form, the castle has become a historical landmark, standing as a reminder of the town’s resilience through war and hardship. It is the heart of Shoeville, just as it was over a century ago, a beacon of strength, hope, and survival.
