The Bank of Africa was founded on Feb 6 2019 by then-Minister of Economic Development of the African Union PolkadotBlueBear with the goal of facilitating and stabilizing African economic development.
The Headquarters was built in Dakar but then shortly after founding of the Bank PolkadotBlueBear withdrew from the African Union and Bank reorganized to function independently of the African Union.
