Chuo Shinkansen
The Chuo Shinkansen is a iceway in Japan that was built on the 22nd September 2020. It connects the new Capital of Sendai to the old capital Tokyo. From Sendai to Tokyo it now takes 21seconds from each station. The line is roughly 1000 blocks with part of the line being under the Pacific Ocean. This line is seperate from the much larger and in bigger route of Japan's Shinkansen Iceway.
The Idea was brought up by KawadaJP who wanted to connect Sendai with Tokyo for faster travel. He submitted the idea in the Japanese discord and many seemed to like the idea. Taima_ stepped up and helped Kawada build the iceline just hours after the suggestion was made. They got some help digging through the Sendai claims from EnderF5027 and WitherMatt_143. Then in the Pacific Ocean Kawada and Taima_ built a glass ceiling which gives off a fantastic atmosphere while going through it. In the final chunks of the Line the Tokyo claims section was completed by Enigma731 who also came up with a automatic boat machine.
There is talks of another Chuo Shinkansen Line from Sendai to Korea and Sendai to Karafuto (Sakahiln)
