The city just started and has a lot of plans for future. The plans are: Make an futuristic city with high skyscrapers inland and modern houses on the seaside, big shop located next to spawn... and more.
City will be for rich people that don't want to live anymore in an city where things are cheap. Houses are going to be prebuilt and the person that buys the house will not be able to edit the outside look. Skyscrapers are also be prebuilt and each skyscraper will cost gold.
