Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys (previously called the Tallahassee Confederates) are a professional American football team founded in the EFL's first season by ZGamerz_123. The Cowboys compete in the Earth Football League (EFL) as a member club of the league's World Football Conference (WFC) East division. The team plays its home games at AT&T Stadium. They were originally called the Tallahassee Confederates, but changed their name following Season II and relocated from Tallahassee (Nova) to Arlington (Aurora).
The franchise was established on January 1st, 2022 as the first and oldest team in the EFL. Since their formation, the Cowboys have appeared in the playoffs 3 times, won 2 division titles, and appeared in 1 Super Bowl.
One Cowboy has been inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame as of 2023: ZGamerz_123.
The team had a rivalry with the Texas Lonestars, as well as a long standing rivalry with the Philadelphia Eagles dating back to their first playoff game.
The Cowboys are owned by ZGamerz_123, who established the team on January 1st, 2022. ZGamerz_123 also owns the EFL, and has been the long standing commissioner, sparking controversy regarding his ownership of the team.

History
EFL begins in Tallahassee (Pre-S1)
In the midst of the NFL playoffs, ZGamerz_123 decides to create the National Football League EarthMC on January 15th, 2022. A day later, he would start his team, the Tallahassee Confederates, based in his town of Tallahassee, CSA. The team was based out of American Airlines Field, the first EMC field, in Tallahassee. The team would be backed by other members of the CSA, and the future looked bright.
Early Success (Season I)
The Confederates assembled a powerful roster composed of ZGamerz_123, ColtonTopGun, Traz, and later Nooby. They played the Texas Lonestars in the second ever EFL game, but the hyped matchup ended in a 14-14 tie due to some complications. Tallahassee got its first win from the Chihuahua Raptors forfeiting. After a couple more ties, the Confederates finished 1-0-3, finished 2nd in the division, and clinched a playoff birth against the Alaska Wolves. In their first playoff game, ColtonTopGun and Traz took down the Wolves 22-20. Unfortunately, the Confederates couldn't get enough players to play the Lonestars in the Conference Championship, sending Tallahassee home and Texas to the Super Bowl.
Regular Season Success (Season II)
Tallahassee was hungry for a Super Bowl. The roster saw little change, and Tallahassee won their first 2 games from forfeits. In their 3rd matchup, they took down the Nubia Sandminers in a 42-36 overtime thriller. Unfortunately they forfeited their final game, preventing a perfect record. Deja vu struck in the Conference Championship, as the Confederates were forced to forfeit to the Ho Chi Minh Hueys, sending the Hueys to the Super Bowl and Tallahassee home once again.
Cowboy Era (Season III)
Season III saw many changes, as the league saw the change from Nova to Aurora. The team moved from Tallahassee to Arlington, changing their name from the Confederates to the Dallas Cowboys. The team roster was brand new and fresh, with tons of new talent, veterans in KevDad04 and ZGamerz_123, as well as rookies in David and Firebll. The team won their first game in an exciting finish against the Albany Rebels 31-27. They failed to schedule their next game against the Wisconsin Cheeseheads, resulting in a coinflip in favor of Wisconsin. They took down Club America 40-32 in their next game, improving to 2-1. Dallas would forfeit their next game against the Alaska Orcas which would have been a Super Bowl preview. In their next game, Dallas was shocked by the Santa Fe Railrunners in a 44-50 loss. The Cowboys were now in danger of losing their grasp on the division, as they fell to 2-3. The Cowboys got it together, and won their next game against the Texas Frogs 38-30. They ended their season by clinching the division with a 55-52 thrilling win over the Cincinnati Bengals, earning Dallas a bye. In the Conference Championship, Dallas faced the up and coming Buffalo Bills, coming off an upset against Cincinnati, they were looking to upset Dallas as well. They got dangerously close, but Dallas pulled off the win 42-35 sending the Cowboys to their first ever Super Bowl appearance against the Alaska Orcas. The Super Bowl would end up being the most controversial yet, with referees having to be switched out at halftime due to horrid refereeing. The Alaska Orcas would end up winning due to Dallas forfeiting midgame because of heavy lag and bad referees.
The Rebuild (Season IV)
Dallas was fresh off a Super Bowl appearance, but their players were hungry for money. KevDad04 and David would end up departing, forcing Dallas to rebuild around ZGamerz_123 and Firebll, with the future looking slim. (Will be updated when the S4 regular season concludes on August 27th, 2023)
