History of Belgium and the Netherlands (Classic)
Overview
Belgium and the Netherlands have been home to make different towns and nation, this page is dedicated to demystifying them.
Early
I have limited knowledge about this period, appears there was an early nation called Belgium that was defeated in an war day.
Middle
Kabospelar's Amsterdam
Kapospelar, formerly called MeijiTheGreat, left from ruler of Japan and moved to make Amsterdam, he leveled the ground and made walls surrounding Amsterdam, then after the Bombing of Amsterdam by Egypt he left.
Post-Kabospelar
Alania, a town in the Caucasus Mountains with a penchant for claiming outposts found Belgium to be an unbuilt-upon plain, set up an outpost with plans to claim all of Belgium shortly after the fall of Kabo's Amsterdam. A few days after Alania claimed a section of the coastline Oretin, a player from Austria, came in and claimed Amsterdam, he and Alania established peaceable treaties and Oretin's Amsterdam started repairing the ruins from the Bombing of Amsterdam. Later Oretin left and Amsterdam collapsed only to be claimed by GamerWitness and GrabbingDragon soon thereafter, remaking Amsterdam. The treaties were renegotiated and Alanian Belgium and Amsterdam maintained very peaceable relations. Then it got more confusing when FrankUnderwod2 moved in, making Belgium just south of Alanian Belgium. New treaties were agreed upon again that kept Franks Belgium in the south. Alanian Belgium wedged in the middle and Amsterdam in the north. Frank expanded his town, fought a few wars, like The October War, The Lowlands War, and others but overall all three sides were happy with the agreements. Frank got Belgium, PolkadotBlueBear of Alania kept his outpost (even though Frank probably could have gotten a mod to remove it) and Amsterdam was allowed to get all of the Netherlands.
Demise of Frank's Belgium
Frank made a few nations (Belgium-Netherlands, Belgium, and French_Union) before moving to France, but kept Belgium as an outpost. All went well until Frank was banned, then PolkadotBlueBear, having forged as friendship with Frank, rushed in to claim Belgium, expanding Alanian Belgium into former Belgium. Amsterdam fought off some greifers and finally claimed all of the Netherlands and more treaties were agreed upon that both Alania and Amsterdam liked. Alania during this time worked and some citizens moved into the outpost, giving it some inhabitants.
Joel's Belgium
Joel, a player who created or led many nations (Java, Ireland, UK, Antarctica, and probably others), soon after his unban moved in and claimed the open pasture to the east of Alanian Belgium and to the south of Amsterdam, this created problems with Joel claiming Alanian Belgium's wall and Amsterdam disliking the fact someone built so close to them. This created tensions because it effectively invalidated all previous treaties regarding Belgium. To Be Continued as It Progresses.
