Located on the shores of South Belize, Hopkins was founded by DifficultCombat during some time before May of 2019. Later discovered abandoned by BubblegumRug virtually untouched, he decided to restore griefed parts of the town and to "refound" the town.
From South (Left) to North (Right) in the photo above, Hopkins has a couple residencies, "Marley's Snorkeling Tours", a vacant home, the Savana House Guest Resort, the Blue Moon Cabana (acting as town hall as of 9/14/19) including docks, Latitude 21 Hotel, and the Protector of Hopkins statue restored 9/11/19
At around 00:15 CST (6:15 UTC) on September 14, 2019, BubblegumRug officially "refounded" the town, utilizing the Blue Moon Cabana as the effective town hall.
