_RichardNixon_ or Mysticalchaos06, (Or more Commonly known as Mystical or Chaos) Is The mayor Of Dixieland and Vice-Mayor of Bulunga, And Strategist Involving infrastructure Around Katanga, He is also the 1st Minister Of infrastructure For Katanga and also first form of Government for Katanga, Which a role he had served From 09/05/2021 - 27/07/2021 After his resignation to become Co-Emperor, He has Been involved in the construction of Ice highways and Is currently working on linking Nubian highways to Katanga Ice highways.
Starting off
Mysticalchoas06 had First joined the server in November 2020 but had left after finding it rather boring, he later re-joined to Create A Temporary base in Southern Africa. his idea was to create a Mega nation in Southern Africa. But after realizing that his plan would not go as planned he decided to travel up South to The border with Nubia, Where he would Create His town of Dixieland. He would later meet twomoo1119 and Encouraged Him to join Katanga. and offer Mystical would later accept, During this time Mystical was Joined by A friend who had Migrated from A previous server. GSWoodpecker Joined Mystical and both had Increased The Dixieland borders extensively. It was at this time that Mystical had become somewhat of a well known figure In the server. if not for his rants in chat but also from Helping out People within Africa. Mystical was then Visited by Brobbo41 who had heard from Mystical. Brobbo41 and Mystical Had a close Friendship In the server and would frequently Visit Each over. Brobbo41 being the Emperor of Katanga had become Impressed with Mysticalchaos06 with his Handling and vast Knowledge of government and also for his Infrastructure Plan for Katanga. This Knowledge of Government would Somewhat play into his hands later on.
Rise to Government
After a brief Period of inactivity Mystical returned to the server and was invited by Brobbo41 to become The first Katangese Minister, He was Minister of infrastructure and seeking Glory, He made no attempt of hiding his Plans for seeking a higher position within Katanga, this does not mean however he did not do anything for Katanga, he had created the first Major highway system from Gabon to Dixieland and created multiple Underground ice highways with his friend GSWoodpecker, and had also acted a Figurehead and advisor to Brobbo41 while he was not online. he was also involved in the creation of a Government formed with Brobbo41. He is also popular within Katanga for his Positive impact of Katanga, This was shown when he was favoured to become Co-emperor After Brobbo41 had deposed of the former Co-emperor ToasterBurnt. During this time Mystical was establishing himself as a strong leader of Katanga and also a Diplomat within The Second Nubian Empire.
The Great Successor of Katanga
During this time Mystical had Earned the respect and Admiration of brobbo41 and had been making a reputation for himself across the server. Mystical wanted a higher Position within Katanga and Believed he would be Katanga's Great Leader which would Make Katanga Greater and create new towns. Brobbo41 seeing that mystical was a strategist, Invited Mystical to Create a Government and Become the new Co-Emperor of Katanga. This would be only be possible with ToasterBurnt Being the Current Co-emperor To be removed for inactivity. This Cemented the rule for Mystical as the New Co-Emperor With opposition Defeated and His Role within Katanga Secured, he Planned for Multiple Things within his Administration. More ice highways connected to The Nubian ice highways and Improving Infrastructure within Katanga and Forming the first official Katangan Government And also Laying the foundation of the Katangese System and The Katangan Constitution.
Sudanese Skirmishes
When first joining Katanga, Mystical was approached by KobiKraft who had asked for mystical to join sudan. an offer that mystical had refused from the start but this only enraged KobiKraft more to the point where there would be many skirmishes between Kobikraft and mystical. The feud between Mystical and Kobikraft is still ongoing and many fights between eachover have been due to either there Ongoing feud or each overs Allegiances, most of the conflict is still ongoing.
