The New York Out Lands Is a Area outside New York created by DrCallieco as a place to stay for people that are waiting to get accepted into the town. The only building In the Area curently is a shop called New York Out Lands General Store. The shop Is a place for outlanders to buy items, blocks, ect. It is curently still being worked on and is not fully open.
