New Zealand Empire is an offshoot of Canada. Once the region became stable enough, members decided to declare independence, a right guaranteed it to them through the Canadian chapter system. Ultimately being U238's creation, the government is designed so that the leadership positions are passed on two different town at the start of each month. Unfortunately, at the very start of the nation, U238 decided to take advantage of his ability to open the chests of RlZ58 (Leader of Canada) due to U238 being on his friends list. U238 would steal upwards the 2,500 gold ingots, over 200 iron ingots, over 200 diamonds, and over 900 emeralds from the Canadian community he once was a part of, in order to "spice things up." This action was agreed upon by the other original town leaders, an action that ultimately compromised the New Zealand-Canadian relationship.
