Periano

Overview

Periano is the mayor of Petrovardsk, formerly of the nation USSR, but later CCCP, Russia, Cinder, CCCP, and others.

He was an important figure during the October War and later, in the Cinder Wars, but after many times saying he was leaving the server, he remains although very inactive.
