Phnom Penh is in the south-central region of Cambodia, and is fully surrounded by Kandal Province. The town sits on the banks of Mekong river which stretches around the town. The town is the capital of the province of Cambodia (state of Cambodia) and administrative operations are now carried from Phnom Penh and not Pursat. Before Kampuchean rule, the province was managed by Pursat and then administration was passed to the Phnom Penh. Breifly, after the fall of Kampuchea, had administration of the province.
Phnom Penh was the first of the Kampuchean nations to join Indochina. The former leader Computer x64 then decided under mutal agreement to return to Korea and leave Indochina. Leadership of Phnom Penh was then passed from Computer x64 to SpeedBirdFPV. Since SpeedBirdFPV has led the town, the town has expanded by 29 chunks and has gained five players. Nationally, it now represents the province of Cambodia in the parliment of Indochina and globally in the Commonwealth. It also has seen the building of eight brand new houses, apartments and primary industry facilities.
The town neighbors the town of Donaldgrad which once was a strategic launchpad for daily attacks on Phnom Penh and Kampuchea. Both towns are now joined and a peace memorial has been erected to remember those lost in conflict on both sides. Going into Phnom Penh from Donaldgrad, you will come across Rememberance square, this was completed by Geralt_the_gamer one month after the conflict to remember those lost and celebrate peace. Crossing the bridge over the Mekong, you will find the house of Computer_x64. This was the first house of Phnom Penh and has been kept for sentimental reasons. Looking west from the house of Computer_x64 you will find the Juliana Hotel, and the apartment blocks. These apartments are available for rent and purchasing. More apartments and buildings are on the way.
