PrincesssAdriana is a player that currently resides in Hong Kong. Though now mostly inactive. She was responsible for most of the construction and governing when Hong Kong was at its lowest such as when the Population Crisis and Banning of Kcod. She was the Chief of Saigon and managed the area until the Hong Kong Metropolitan Act was established.
