RicardoHBS, originally known as Emaxall, is the current King of the Kingdom of North Brazil, being also the mayor of the city of New Venice. In the past he was Minister of Urban Development of Imperial Brazil and Mayor of the cities of Brasilia and Valadares.

Biography

January, 2019

Ricardo appeared in Africa under the name "Emaxall". He followed it to Brazil, joining the city of Londrina. However, it eventually disappeared for a few weeks.

He returned after the creation of Imperial Brazil, becoming one of the first citizens of Brasilia after the reform. He then received the position of builder.

February, 2019

Inspired by the construction of Wall Sina in Londrina, Ricardo and BlackQuartz started building the Wall Rose in Brasilia, which lasted the whole month.

After BlackQuartz became the new Emperor, Ricardo received the position of Minister of Urban Development. The two began building the prison and police station in the city.

March, 2019

After the wall was finished and the city was terraced, Ricardo began the construction of the new city hall and seat of government. At the same time, he founded the city of Valadares.
