The Holder Philosophy is when a democratic representative constitutional republic has a holder in the position of head of a nation in the towny server, but in reality someone else is the leader of the nation.

His job is to just stay as the head of the nation and follow the constitution which has the holder follow the legislature and the executive powers. The reasoning for doing this is to stop corrupt people from taking over the country whether it is to not let go of the power after elections or if towns are removed from the nation unconstitutionally.
